Uncharted: Drake's Fortune movie confirmed

Uncharted: Drake's Fortunte was oft cited for it's cinematic feel, with numerous critics describing it as a Hollywood blockbuster. It seems like those critics haven't gone unnoticed, as Hollywood has finally confirmed today that the rumored Uncharted movie is actually in full production.

Drake's Fortune will follow the basic plot of the game, and is being adapted by Kyle Ward, the writer behind the upcoming Kane and Lynch movie, as well as the sequel to the Hitman movie. Uncharted will be produced by Avi Arad, Charles Roven, Ari Arad and Alex Gartner through Columbia films.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, the sequel to Uncharted: Drakes Fortune, is set for release later this fall. No release date for the movie has been announced.

Comunque non so se avete visto il video dei doppiatori di Uncharted chi doppia elena è IDENTICA e non a caso è usata per il motion capture inutile dire che è topa come elena del gioco.

Il noto sceneggiatore Kyle Ward's già autore di Kane & Lynch e Hitman è già al lavoro per scrivere l'adattamento e la trama del nuovo film ispirato al capolavoro videoludico in esclusiva per PlayStation3. Per il momento non ci sono date precise riguardo l'inizio delle riprese, ma siamo certi che, prima o poi il film arriverà nelle sale cinematografiche di tutto il mondo!

Nel corso della live chat sul PS blog ufficiale americano, Evan Wells di Naughty Dog ha confermato che Uncharted 2 disporrà di oltre 90 minuti di scene cinematiche che aiuteranno il giocatore a comprendere al meglio le mille sfaccettature presenti nella trama del gioco.
