non lo so,ma da come è scritto nella descrizione aggiunge Las Venturas a GTA IV come le altre mappe(es:Laguna Seca,ecc)

per ora credo di no, però il radar è di san andreas. io credo che loro si sono messi d'accordo con il team della IVSA in modo tale che un team creasse las venturas e gli altri il resto della mappa (oppure stanno creando un addon per la iv sa in modo tale da offrire una mappa migliore a chi la voglia).

facendo una traduzione veloce a mente(e con l'aiuto del traduttore di chrome )non convertiranno più la Las Venturas di GTA SA perchè è troppo grande e faranno solo alcune parti da zero
