Description
IV: Multiplayer (IV:MP for short) is a modification for Grand Theft Auto: IV (GTA:IV for short) which turns it into an alternative multiplayer game.
You can play over the internet (or LAN).
IV:MP features the possibility to create your own scripted gamemodes.
There are many game modes that feature a series of different and fun things to do.
IV:MP is not afflitiated with SA:MP Owners.
The IV:MP Developers are: ReVo and JeNkStAX
Whats included?

• Simple On-Foot Sync

• Support for 50 players and 100 vehicles
  
• Squirrel Scripting-Engine

Client
Be sure your GTA IV version is 1.0.0.4.: it's the only one supported.
You could download it from our download area.

Once you have downloaded IV:MP Client, extract the archive.

Simply launch .exe file.
Then, select your GTA IV Main folder and proceed with the installation.
When installation is complete, launch IVMP from Start > Programs > IVMP > IVMP.

IP: server IP address to connect.
IP 127.0.0.1:9999 is the localhost, in case you would connect to your own server.
Refresh: Refresh servers' list.
Windowed: launch game in windowed mode.

Dovete aggiornare alla nuova versione che supporta anche la patch 1.0.7.0 la versione è la BETA 1 T6 R2

Lo so benissimo, l'ho già scritto in un'altra discussione che devo aggiornare. Siccome qua sono in pochissimi ad usarlo, non c'è fretta.
